London Corporate Portraits

CBRE's specialist group of hotel experts in the London office needed fresh headshots for internal and external use. The CBRE present themselves an industry leading experts in a formal and professional manor. The brief was to match these headshots  to the brand ethos of the London Hotels Team. The background colour was requested by the branding team to fit with existing company headshots of their London branch.

Premium London Headshot Photography

CBRE are a premium brand. The London Hotels team headshots needed to reflect this; premium, sophisticated and high quality photography.

Premium headshot photography is created by having more time with each subject. Fortunately CBRE understand this and allow a little more time to ensure we capture quality in each and every headshot. Finding time to build a rapport, put the subject at ease are so important when capturing people who aren't used to being in front of a camera. In the time we can work on the two crucial elements of a good headshot: pose and expression.

The Photoshoot

Taking place in their central London offices, we had a dedicated meeting space on the top floor of St. Martin's Court. Having worked with some members of the Hotel Team before, the employees had full trust in my approach and techniques for getting the best photograph of a person. We'd spend 10-20 minutes on each individual to ensure they left with a headshot they were proud of.

LinkedIn

The London Hotels Team headshots were for internal server use, their website use and LinkedIn. Creating headshots for LinkedIn is a personal choice for each subject being photographed. Not only does the headshot need to comply with brand standards and guidelines, but also each persons own individual tastes and preferences. Because using a corporate headshot on LinkedIn has to represent their own personal brand, each member of the Hotels Team was given the opportunity to input their own ideas into how they'd like to look. Creating this collaborative approach for a feedback loop meant people left happy with their headshot.
