"The Brighton and Hove Hotelier Awards (BHHA) celebrated its third year on Tuesday 15th November 2016 at The Grand Brighton, who organised and hosted the awards. The event was attended by 400 guests from predominantly local Brighton businesses. The big winner on the night was Hilton Brighton Metropole; winner of Warmest Welcome (Branded), Unsung Hero / Heroine - Nicky Menzies, Ambassador for Charity and Community and Outstanding Manager of the Year – Richard Hopton."
